Meat connoisseurs will taste their way through a spectrum of delicious pork dishes from local food vendors. Our golden rule: feature the best of the best to the brownest of the brown.

With over 15 years of experience behind the bar and on the road, Anthony Hinojos has carved out a career at the intersection of craftsmanship and luxury. From award-winning cocktail programs to managing top-tier spirits portfolios across the U.S., his deep knowledge of whiskey and premium spirits is rooted in hands-on experience and global perspective.
Anthony will be on-hand throughout the VIP experience to guide guests through the tasting seminar, sharing the stories, history, and craft behind each pour.

Steeped in American music traditions, Grass It Up has shaped a unique brand of Americana expressing life in today's American West. Producing original music since 2005, celebrating their 6th full-length album Borrowed Time. They've warmed up stages for the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and the Yonder Mountain String Band.

Village at Breckenridge Plaza • 2:00–6:00pm
Mike Emery (DJ NME1) has been shaping sound since the cassette era. He's shared stages with Flava Flav, Macklemore, and Slightly Stoopid, with over 1,000 events and radio mixes on KSMT 102.1 FM. High-energy sets blending turntablism, visuals, and crowd-driven vibes.
